If you are in or around Auckland on the 21st of June this year you may want to free up your schedule for a new conference called Search Engine Bootcamp. I have been involved in one way or another with Search Engine Marketing for long enough to know that its about time we had a decent SEM conference of our own here in New Zealand.
I had a great chat on the phone today to the organiser of the event - Barry Smyth from Sydney Australia. Barry has been involved in Search for quite some time and has recently indentified (quite correctly in my opinion) the need for specific Search Engine Marketing 'classroom' type conference in new Zealand.
Areas that will be covered off range from Key Word Research right through to Pay Per Click advertising tactics. There will be a number of leading SEM industry professionals speaking such as Jon Ostler from First Rate.
