nz herald embracing 2.0

Reading an article about Andrew Symonds and his shoulder hit on a streaker in the herald today, I was quite surprised to find a youtube video of the incident embedded in the page.

Got me thinking....can APN (the herald) actually do this? I mean I like the idea of the herald mashing up video content in their articles- it's very 2.0, but don't they have copyright issues to consider?
